I adore autumn and all the shapes and colours of pumpkins and gourds, almost as much as getting out all my cosy quilts and cushions and spicy candles. Bring on the good weekend TV and cosy evenings.

Devils Bridge Waterfalls.
Devils Bridge Waterfalls and nature trail is in Aberystwyth Wales.
There are three famous bridges, one built on top of the other. The lowest is the Devil’s bridge, a simple stone arch which, despite its name, is thought to have been made by the monks of Strata Florida abbey, for it lies on the route between their former hospices for travellers at Ysbyty Ystwyth and Ysbyty Cynfyn (near Parson’s Bridge). The river itself also takes its name from the holy men, mynach being Welsh for monk.

Firstly, I apologise for not sending out many blogs lately. I have been silly busy, and as some of you know I am self employed. Being self employed is a good thing but lunch hours, tea breaks and days off sick just don't exist, and if you are a bit of a maniac like me, occasionally you burn yourself out!
