We are going to dinner at a friends house, it's nice to take something special, and even nicer when you know they will appreciate it, and not say things like, "Oh you've wrapped a vase in the Financial Times! which translated means, "What on earth has she done to those flowers"

The walnut ink in the first picture is added to a small amount of water and sprayed onto material paper etc to age them, which is what I did to the Financial Times to make it look more antique, in keeping with the Parrot tulips.

I love Parrot Tulips and the nice thing is they get better with age, a bit like ourselves really!
