New Cloakroom

Don't be fooled by the title of this post, I am getting a new cloakroom it's true, this time next friday all will be started, floor removed along with old toilet and sink and yukky pipes. However I thought it would be boring to just show you the new shiny cloakroom so here in all its ugliness is the old revolting cloakroom minus everything that was crammed in there. It's not the biggest cloakroom you have ever seen but I bet it's one of the ugliest!

Don't let it be said that I always show you loveliness, we are real people living with real outdated rooms.

Take note (how could you not) of the lovely way the flooring is fitted around the toilet! The wonderful pipework and the matching toilet seat.

I've saved the best for last, this is an accident that happened about 18 years ago. We had been out for the day with my two young sons, on our return my husband said "I really must get on with some open university study", O.K I said no problem. Children sat watching t.v I decided to put up a picture in the cloakroom, banged in the nail and heard a funny hissing noise, 6 hours later after Dynorod and British Gas had been round all was well! My son who is now 26 and an ex plumber likes the hole in the wall, he likes to look in the hole when he visit's and say "that soldering is diabolical! I think the time has come to close the hole up instead of hiding it with the picture.

Next friday I will blog improvements, but remember it has to get worse before it gets better, if that's at all possible!
