For the last six years my son has lived in Winchester with the last year being divided between Winchester and Chelsea. For various reasons the time has come for him to be 100% based in London with his girlfriend also leaving Winchester to join him. This will be the next exciting phase in their very busy lives but I know they feel strange about leaving Winchester and having no base there. I too feel a little bit sad about it, of course we will still visit the beautiful city but it won't seem the same.If you ever get the chance to visit Winchester in Hampshire you will not be disappointed, it has amazing buildings, beautiful surroundings, lovely restaurants and coffee shops. So thanks for the last six years Winchester I have enjoyed you very much, and here's to discovering lots of amazing places in London, and who knows one day my son will return, here's hoping.
