The shops and supermarkets are now starting to fill up with their key looks for Christmas decorating and a strong theme seems to be tartan and checks in beautiful warm shades of red.
We had a work away day this week to buy lovely linens for quilts and cushions and props for photographs. This inevitably involved some retail therapy for the decoration of our houses too, well what else can you do when there are so many wonderful things to buy?
