This lovely quilt is the first one that Karen made following her first trip to New England. It is full of photographs, which unfortunately fade over time, but the colours of the quilt are lovely muted New England fall colours.
One of our quilts has made it over the pond to a lovely lady called Michelle Brown who is the Marketing Director at a fantastic place called Mill Falls in Meredith, New Hampshire.
If you ever get the chance to go to New England, and I hope you do, you have to visit Mill Falls www.millfalls.com , It is a truly unique place to stay all built around the beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee, and yes you have no idea how long it took me to learn how to say that!!
You have probably seen the beautiful photographs that Karen has put on Facebook and it more than lives up to them all. The hotels are all very beautiful and the service from the staff is second to none, I can honestly say you leave a part of yourself behind when you visit.
If i could take all my family and my dog I can think of nowhere more beautiful to spend Christmas.
