This beautiful cake is made by www.thesweetbaker which is a long way from here in Maine, New England, but what a lovely idea for a quilting friend.

The detail is fantastic and it must have taken hours to model. I have made a few cakes myself including one for my 2 year old daughter depicting Snow White and all 7 dwarf's. I was up until 2am making all of those, why??? I have no idea, she was 2 and couldn't even count to 7!!

The quilt is especially beautiful and must have involved so much work, almost as much as a real quilt!
